Bill Froemming
Bill began his career in public accounting in 1993 serving the tax and accounting needs of individuals and  businesses. His services include managing client engagements and providing consultation to clients on various tax matters. Bill is a certified public accountant, a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a graduate of both Oglethorpe University and Loyola College.
Kimberly D. Hansard
Kimberly’s extensive tax experience includes return preparation and compliance for individuals, partnerships,  corporations and trusts. In addition, Kimberly has planned, supervised and performed audits, reviews and compilations of private, closely held companies in various industries, including real estate and medical practices. She also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining Duggan & Massey in 1994, Kimberly served 3 ½ years as staff accountant with a local firm. A graduate of Georgia State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Accounting, she also holds a masters degree in Taxation from Georgia State University. Kimberly is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Dulce Garcia
Prior to joining the Firm in 1998, Dulce administered law firms in Miami, Florida for more than six years. As Firm  Administrator, Dulce is responsible for managing the Firm's day-to-day operations. Dulce earned a Bachelor's in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Nova University. Dulce is an active member and past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Accounting Administration. Dulce is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®).
Ellen Irwin
Ellen has 15 years of public accounting experience including planning, supervising and performing audits of  various closely held businesses and nonprofit organizations and providing accounting, consulting and tax planning strategies to a variety of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.
Ellen is a member of both the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a licensed CPA in Georgia, New Jersey and Ohio. Ellen is a graduate from both the University of Houston and Indiana University.
Charles Lundquist
Charlie started his public accounting career in 1997 and has served a variety of clients needs in the areas of taxation,  business valuation, and litigation support for complex litigation. He has extensive experience in business valuations for estate and gift tax, business planning, and litigation purposes.
He is a licensed CPA in Georgia and Mississippi and is a Certified Valuation Analyst. He graduated with a MBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Samford University. Charlie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is a past member of the Valuation Credentialing Board of NACVA.
